I painted a set of paintings showing reflections of Yosemite in varrious creeks and rivers throughout the Valley. They appear to be abstract when your brain wants to turn the painting over.
There are large fireplaces in the Ahwahnee Hotel lounge areas. The designs above this one are so interesting I painted them. I added the baskets. The designs are from the Miwok Indian museum. The Ahwahnee logo is one of my favorite logos so I decided to include it.
